Did you know that what you think of last in the day and what you think of first thing in the morning are best remembered? That's why students studying for exams review their most important or most difficult notes just before bed and over breakfast.

What if every day before bed we taught ourselves to love? Or to control our anger? Or all about how valuable we are? Or whatever self-improvement message we really need to absorb?

What if first thing in the morning we focused on that same message again? What if we did this for a month or two? Can you imagine the impact that could have on our lives?

Sure, brushing your teeth is important, but there are other vital things to do with that time, too.
